Akante are specialists in high-end ceramic dining table sets, and the Phoenix is no exception! The Phoenix dining table is two metres long and extends by a further 60cm. That said, the extension mechanism is even more impressive still! By simply gliding the upper surface towards you, the table opens and the discrete extension mechanism within lifts upwards. By sliding the table top back together again the extension simply slips into place, without the need of lifting heavy or cumbersome extension leaves. The crossed legs of the Phoenix table are made of black lacquered stainless steel. Meanwhile, the table top surface is made of a tempered glass base, adhered to a superb quality Spanish ceramic top, available in 5 distinctive colours.
